Design and Build Package:
 
We visit your site, take measurements, photos, and discuss design ideas. The concept is then sent to our design team for refinement. We work with you on the refinement of the design concept until approval is made. Our next step is to agree upon a 
​build timeline including the proper glass, refrigeration (no mini split units for wine cellars) and all associated interior construction. 

Design Package Only:

We visit your site, take measurements, photos, and discuss design ideas. The concept is then sent to our design team for refinement. We work with you on the refinement of the design concept until approval is made. We then provide our client with the design as well as respective shop drawings.
